Curing the Epidemic of Child Abuse in South Carolina

The number of complaints and investigations into child abuse in South Carolina has jumped by more than 40% over the last five years, according to records from the Department of Social Services. Our state is currently facing an epidemic of violence against children, and something needs to be done. The Darragh Agency is devastated to learn about the increases to child harm in our state, and we are launching a campaign to help protect children in the Greenwood area.

Assisting Victimized Children in our Community

As recognized Regional Ambassadors for the #AgentsofChange network in western South Carolina, the Darragh Agency is on a mission to reverse these growing statewide trends of child abuse and neglect. Our goal is to protect children in Greenwood, and we will be assisting in a number of local programs aimed at providing improved care for foster children, improving efforts to remove children from violent homes, and channeling support resources toward children who have been victimized by abuse.

Tragically, there are thousands of children who need our help, and we can’t do this alone. We need your help.

Help Us Rescue Children in your Area

We encourage you to be part of this effort by inviting your friends, family members, and loved ones into the Darragh Agency for a free insurance appraisal. While here, we can provide them with more information on how to get involved in this ongoing campaign. In addition, for every person you invite into our agency, we will issue a donation IN YOUR NAME to a nearby program or initiative working on behalf of children in your area that have been the victims of domestic violence or neglect.

Please Join our Team!

We can’t stand by and let this epidemic of violence against children continue, and we need your help to make a difference. Please join us, and let’s rescue as many children as we can from abuse and neglect.
